Chris Pace is the founder and CEO of Centre Technologies. Before starting Centre in 2006, Chris gained experience working for technology consulting companies helping businesses navigate acquisitions and integrate their technology departments. His passion has always been technology, but he also has a strong passion for business. Chris is a big believer that IT is the “Centre” of every business and investments in technology will enable organizations to achieve their business goals. He contributes his success to growing the business with the belief that “you are only as good as the people that surround you” and has made a point to surround himself around the right people who can help his organization surpass their goals. Chris states that his number one mentor is his mother who has taught him the values in life that he feels are critical for leadership. 1) Do it right, 2) Deliver, 3) Be Honest. Chris instills these 3 values into Centre’s #ONETEAM culture which is then carried down from leadership impacting all of Centre’s employees and customers.
